These terms applies to www.staging.sauso.com conditions.

We reserve all the rights for changes in services.
You may sign up by filling up the contact form. Choose your personal username and password.
You may also do purchases without registration.
Registration is used only for loyal customer marketing.
We collect only:
- Street address
- Postal code
- Telephone number
The registry is protected and Sakari Sauso Oy will not pass the registry on to the third part.
You have the right to view your registry information.
Delivery countries, times and charges
We ship internationally, except Russia, Brasil and India due to customs system.
We use DHL Express service for international deliveries. In Finland we use Posti to deliver.
( Stock collecting is not including in the delivery days )
Finland: 1-3 days 7,90€. Free delivery over 100€ orders.
Pick-up from Sauso flagship store in Eerikinkatu 1, 1-3 days , 0€
European EU-countries: 1-3 days, 9,90€ ( Free shipping over 150€ orders )
Non European Union countries in Europe 2-5 days, 15,90€ ( Free shipping over 190€ orders )
Other countries: 2-5 days 15,90€
Please note that on sale period the delivery time may exceed the estimated time substantially.
The products will be delivered to the address by the customer in the order. After the order has been processed, we do not make any changes to the delivery address. Estimated delivery time and charges are indicated above. May the processing of the order be delayd, we will inform you of the new estimated delivery time within 3 days of placing the order. Please note that we are unable to affect the delivery times of DHL.
Note! If you are making the purchase of the products from a country outside the European Union, you will only be charged for the product price ( + possibly shipping cost ). The import charges will be on your responsibility. Such import charges may include, but not limit to: import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Please contact your local customs service for further information.
All prices are displayed in Euros and include 24% VAT
Please note that additional customs, duties and brokerage charges may apply depending on the destination and will be collected by the time of delivery. Sauso is not responsible for these charges.
We accept Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard and Debit cards shown on the payment page.
Paytrail Oyj ( 2122839-7 ) acts as an implementer of the payment handling service and as Payment Service Provider. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient in the invoice and Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to the merchant.

We accept PayPal payments. Please note that the PayPal service fee 3,4% will be added to the total sum of your order.
Returns and changes
Returning your product is easy and simple. You have fourteen ( 14 ) days from the date you received your order to make a return. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and in the same condition, when you received them. If the product has been returned according to our instructions, we will refund the full cost of the product. We will deduct the original shipping fee from the refund.
Need to exchange the product? Return the product to our webstore or to our sore in Eerikinkatu 1, 00100 Helsinki Finland in fourteen ( 14 ) days of the receipt of your order and make a new order. Once your return has arrived and processed you will be notified by email. We will refund the original cost of the product and we will deduct the original shipping fee from the refund.

Return the product
- Provide a return notice to our customer care by email : firstname.lastname@example.org
- Fill out the return form and make sure you have the DHL return dispatch note from the package of your original order.
- Pack the item you want to return carefully by using the original shipping bag or another protective package. Make sure the filled-out return form is inside the package.
- Contact your local DHL customer service dhl.com and request for a pick-up. You may also drop off the package to the local DHL Service Point. You will find your local DHL Service Point : https://locator.dhl.com
- Give the shipment and the DHL dispatch note to the DHL courier. Orders outside the EU also require two copies of a commercial invoice.
Items should be returned in accordance with the above process and any additional instructions received from our customer care team. Please note that we will not cover any additional costs resulting from other delivery methods/options.
